How are the goods shipped?
In Italy the goods are shipped by SDA. Abroad, they are shipped through Bartolini/DPD service.
 
What about the delivery times?
Right after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation of the order and of the expected delivery times, which can vary from 2 to 10 days depending on the stock.

            Attention: I have been repeatedly asked if there are any cheaper shipping methods …
Of course: it depends on the weight and size of the parcel.
For example, the needles can be posted in a common padded envelope for 1-2€, and a few balls of wool as well.

I have seen that I can send up to 1 kilo of wool in a padded envelope as surface letter for only € 5,70, or better as registered letter for € 8,50.

The damages occurring to the goods during transport must be complained with the carrier on receiving the delivery. In this case we have to be informed immediately by fax or e-mail. We thank you for your collaboration.
